From the perspective of doctors, they are able to get good reviews by completing their diagnosis on the Clove Doctor platform.This attracts more doctors to use this app to build up their reputation, and also provides an attractive platform for more other online doctors.

From the perspective of users, when other patients make online medical consultation, Dingxiangyisheng will post the consultation record in the platform after asking for opinions. When other patients have similar symptoms, they can easily understand their conditions through similar records.
